About Stop Theft Class

Course Format

Your course is made up of several lessons, usually around 10 to 15, depending on how long the course is. Each lesson talks about a different topic related to understanding theft. For example, one lesson may be about the history of people using theft, and another lesson may be about how to manage your feelings and stress when it comes to theft and shoplifting. For more details, please read our Course Outline.

Each lesson consists of several short pages, usually between 5-10 pages in total. After some of these pages, there is a short quiz designed to help you assess your understanding of the material. These quizzes are not graded and you do not need to pass them in order to move on to the next lesson.

You can take as many lessons as you like in one sitting. If you’re tired of the material, just sign out. When you sign back in, you'll be left off exactly where your started.

At the end of your class is a final exam. The exam consists of 30-50 multiple choice questions (depending on the length of your online theft class). You must get 70% of the questions correct to pass the class. If you fail the exam, you may review the materials and then take the exam again once you feel you’re ready for it. You make take the exam as many times as you like.

Your Certificate

Once you complete the final exam we will process your certificate and send it to you using the method you chose during registration. We expedited shipping (overnight) certificates in 1-2 business days from the time you complete the class. Normal shipping certificate (US Mail) are sent once a week. We do not process certificates on weekends or holidays. If you need your certificate right away we highly recommend expedited shipping.
