Being a celebrity is living a life of privilege.  Not only do celebrities have enough money to buy whatever they want, but also are used to getting a lot of stuff for free.  Sometimes they might even think they can take what they want and get away with it.  This is the second in a series of blogs looking at celebrities who get arrested for stealing.

Lindsay Lohan – As in my blog on Lohan for alcohol, I beg to ask, what has she not done? From two DUI convictions, numerous drug-related incidents and a torrid lesbian affair, Lohan also has been busted for stealing.  The incident occurred in Los Angeles when she stole a necklace from a jewelry store.  Given the value of the necklace and that she was on probation, the theft could have landed in jail for quite some time.  At her court-hearing the feisty Lohan wrote “F*** You” in tiny print on her finger nail. Who was this intended for?

Bai Ling – This Chinese seductress made a very stupid mistake. While at LAX airport she stole a couple of magazines and packs of batteries. She was arrested after trying to lay the blame on a breakup with her boyfriend. She starred in such movies as The Crow and Wild, Wild, West and been parts of television shows including Entourage and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Hopefully, both have taken theft classes and are working to control the impulse they may have to steal.
