Everyone deserves a second chance. When you are a 19-year-old bombshell you feel like you have the world by the oyster. Then you do a dumb thing, maybe a whole series of dumb things. Suck is the case for 19-year-old Melissa King.

Things have been going southward for Miss Hill steadily since she won the title of Miss Delaware. King had to resign as Miss Delaware Teen USA after an online porn video surfaced. Then she was given a year of probation for underage alcohol possession in Maryland. As reported in www.washingtonpost.com.

The 19-year-old King was most recently in a courtroom to defend herself on citations for the alcohol violation and a separate theft charge. King was cited last August after police found a bottle of rum in her father’s truck, which she was driving home from work. Two months earlier, King was cited on a charge of stealing money from a city bus fare box.

King resigned her pageant title in February after the online sex video surfaced, but denied appearing in the video.

How big a deal was theft charge? It involved two $1 bus fares, for King and a friend, and the charge should have never been brought. King put the money in the fare box and then took it out after deciding not to ride the bus. That is a bogus charge.

The alcohol charge stemmed from being pulled over because of a broken taillight. It is uncertain whether the bottle of run belonged to her or her pops.

The good news is that king has decent grades and appears to be headed to college in the fall. Hopefully, she will take a successful online alcohol class and online stop theft class and make something of her life.
