People steal the darndest things. For one Bridgeton, Pennsylvania Man his fetish was women’s panties.

Jeffrey A. Lloyd, 44, was arrested and charged in connection with the theft of women's underwear over the past seven according to nj.com.

When questioned by police, Lloyd was found to have 12 articles of women's underwear concealed on his person, which police determined to have been taken from the "H" building at Goshen Manor just before police arrived to the area.

Friday's arrest followed months of women's panties being reported as missing from coin-operated laundry machines at apartment complexes in the area.

Lloyd’s first victim last November reported the theft of 26 personal items. After the reports continued to grow, police used cameras that captured the suspect returning to the laundry room and taking additional underwear.

It is obvious that Lloyd was some kind of psychological problems beyond theft. While I hope he is forced to take a stop theft class, I also feel he needs some serious personal counseling regarding his fetish with women’s undergarments.

As a counselor for online Pennsylvania theft classes I have had students compulsively steal things they had a fetish for. They are not terminally ill. With stop theft classes and continued support they can overcome their issues and lead perfectly normal lives.
