I cannot even imagine what it must be like to be pregnant. Huge, hormones raging and everything else too – maybe it can make you just snap. That would appear to the case with a South Carolina woman recently according to WBTV.

A pregnant Rock Hill, North Carolina woman is facing assault charges after police say she attacked a man with hairspray while shoplifting at a beauty supply store.

Alexis Sade Hayes, 23, attempted to steal several items from a beauty supply store and place them in her purse. When approached by an employee she compounded her troubles by hitting him on the head with a can of hairspray.

It was not hard to locate her. First, there were plenty of witnesses. Second, she dropped her purse while fleeing.

The employee who was attacked had blood on his face and was taken to the hospital for treatment to his head injuries.

Hayes would up in the same hospital as the employee she beat over the head with the can. Pregnant with stomach pains, police did not want to risk the health of her unborn child. She was later arrested.

Did this really need to happen? If we all just did not steal life would be a lot better.
