There is no such saying as what happens in Arkansas stays in Arkansas. Hence, I have no problem writing about these yahoos. Jack Creameans and his wife Kimberly robbed a home and got away with it. Yet the long arm of the law caught up with them a year later.
The 47-yeat-old Jack was being visited by his 47-year-old spouse at a parole visit when officer David Hotchkiss found a ring on Jack's wife, Kimberly that looked similar to the one stolen in the summer. As reported in www.kait8.com.
Then things got much, much worse for husband and wife. Officers then searched Kimberly and found marijuana. When they searched Jack, they found about 1 gram of meth. Police also found Jack had a device with him that was going to be used to cheat during a urine test.
The snowball of trouble just kept on rolling and gathering momentum. Officers then continued to search their car and found several syringes that were used for meth, a set of digital scales, a glass pipe used to consume meth, and a knife that was stolen back in the summer. Police also found a rifle in the trunk and since both Jack and Kimberly are felons they are not allowed to possess a gun.
Jack was charged with a felony for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property greater than $1,000, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
He had his bond set at $50,000 and had a court appearance scheduled for January 2.
Kimberly was charged with a felony for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
She was also charged with a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance.
These two are in need of some serious counseling. Perhaps a 24 hour theft class and a drug class is a good place to start.
