The parenting these days. It is bad enough that parents provide alcohol to their kids and assist in other areas helping their kids break the law. Not a week goes by that I do not read about a mother stealing with her children.

As a counselor for both in-class and online theft classes I see this type of behavior all the time. These parents not only need parenting classes, but stop theft classes too Here is a nice story about a mother-daughter shoplifting duo robbing Lord & Taylor. The mother, Alicia Denegri had been observed allegedly switching tags on dresses, proceeding to the register and paying a lesser amount for them. As reported in www.northjersey.com.

Once she paid, Denegri made a phone call. A short time later, her daughter, Carolina Ussher, 29, appeared, took the bag with the merchandise, valued at $542.03, and left the store.

This was not an isolated incident. Of course this surprises no one. Mother and daughter were reportedly found to have "numerous receipts from different Lord and Taylor stores" from other alleged fraudulent transactions, reportedly confirmed by the store's loss prevention officers, police said.

Denegri and Ussher have been caught on camera switching the tags and then returning the merchandise for full-price at another store.

I hope these two are mandated to a New Jersey shoplifting class and seek counseling for their problem. Both women seem to have developed a bad habit for stealing.
